What does a week of class look like?

You’ll be spending approximately 1-2 hours watching videos, using interactive slide-shows and taking quizzes. The time required for your weekly project will vary depending on the week, and how much time you want to invest, but expect it to take 4-5 hours. The work is cumulative, so starting in week 1 you’ll be working towards your final project. It sounds like a lot, but there’s a lot to cover, and we’re going to push you to make as much progress as possible by the end of 1 week.

What is the Refund Policy?
  •  If a student withdraws from a course, at any time within seven (7) days from enrollment date a full refund applies.
  • If a student withdraws from a course, at any time after commencement of the course, all tuition fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • In the event a student defers their course, all fees remain payable as per the original Statement of Fees.
  • If a course is cancelled by ANCIF at any time prior to course commencement, ANCIF will refund all fees and charges.
  • If a course is cancelled by ANCIF at any time during the period of a person’s enrollment, ANCIF will refund the remaining tuition fees that have not been used prior to the date of cancellation.
  • ANCIF may grant refunds in other circumstances at the discretion of the CEO in cases of special circumstances, all refunds will incur a $250.00 cancellation fee.
Is there any English requirements?

Not too much. If you can understand some easy English communication, you can take our courses because most of these courses use professional vocabularies.

Do you provide tax invoice?

Yes, we will send back a formal tax invoice one we get the payment.

How do I know that I am ready for the course?

You do not have to be an experienced candidate. Most of our courses are provided for the new comers of a specific area. We take into account the entry level, medium level and senior level candidates situations.

Will the course definitely be held on the date?

Yes, the course will be held if we get the payment even from one customer.

Do you accept credit card payment?

Our website support Paypal gateway payment which does not need Paypal account. It supports most popular credit cards including AmEx.
